This is a twin handle casserole (sauté) pan that is great for cooking casseroles /curry’s/ bolognaise/or any dish where you need a little bit of depth for liquid capacity it has 2 handles so if you struggle with a single handle pan because its too heavy when full with this model you always have to use 2 hands to lift it and you spread the load between both hands thus taking the strain off your wrists the 24 cm is great for caravans motorhomes etc. the 28cm is great for a family of 4 and the 32 cm is great for larger family’s
